REDEEMING DISCOUNT CODES + GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you have a gift certificate or a coupon code, you must enter it in your shopping cart so that your total is adjusted for the discount BEFORE you proceed with the checkout process.
From a smartphone: Click on your shopping bag, or on the cart icon at the bottom of your screen. Under your shopping cart total, skip over the email address and skip over the checkout button. Under the Paypal button, you will see "Have a promo code or gift card?" Click on "Redeem your code".
From a desktop: Click on your shopping basket. You will see your shopping cart to the left. In your shopping cart, you will see a list of your items, then a subtotal, a shipping amount, and a TOTAL. It is below the TOTAL that you will see "Have a promo code or gift card?" Click on "Redeem your code".
To keep your payment information as safe and secure as possible, we use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. In addition, we do not store any of your credit card information in our system.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Interesting fact: We began accepting PayPal in 2019 after a customer made the request to pay via this method. We thought others may prefer it as well so we added this option and sure enough, it's a hit!
The moral of the story is, always reach out with your inquiries because we cater to your requests whenever it is feasible!
FAST PROCESSING TIMES!
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order information.
Your Beecher's Botanicals products are crafted in small batches - often times at least one of the items in your shipment will be made to order!
We KNOW how exciting it is to get your goodies so we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly - often within 1-3 business days, however, you order may take up to 5 business days to process. We make DAILY post office runs! If your order takes a bit longer, it is just reassurance that you are receiving your items at peak freshness!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see a confirmation email, check your spam folder. If it is there, just whitelist Beecher's Botanicals to ensure future deliveries to your inbox.
We offer super low flat rate shipping of $6, regardless of how many items you add to your order!
Actual shipping costs vary per order, but we prefer to take care of the overages so that our awesome customers know exactly what to expect every time they shop our products!
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more.
FAST SHIPPING TIMES!
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and ship from West Kingston, Rhode Island.
Orders over 1 pound ship Priority Mail and take 1-3 days to reach you, depending on your location. Most orders are shipped this way!
Orders under 1 pound ship First Class Mail and take 2-5 days to reach you, depending on your location.
The moral of the story is, the more goodies you choose the faster the postmaster brings them to you!

Click on the tracking number for your anticipated delivery date and to monitor your package's journey from my studio to your doorstep!
If a package does not arrive as stated in your tracking number, please contact your local postmaster right away. Many times in these cases, the postmaster has kindly placed the package somewhere out of sight, or a nice neighbor has accepted the package for you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we sure will try to help point you in the right direction!
Your products are made FRESH especially for YOU! Due to the nature of our products, in order to maintain and guarantee their level of quality and freshness, we are not able restock/resell items that have left our studio and therefore are not to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any items.
We understand everyone has different skin needs and you may not be sure which products are for you. Not to worry! We offer smaller sizes of most of our items so you can test them out before falling in love with the larger size!
If you have a quality concern with an item please email us and your inquiry will be responded to promptly.
If an item was damaged during shipping, please send an email with a photo of both the item and the package. In this case, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will promptly replace your damaged item so you can begin using it right away!
